The terms that apply when you use this website or commission a project with OnePlus Web Solutions.

OnePlus Web Solutions is a sole proprietorship (operating without a separate business entity) based in Pennsylvania, providing website design, redesign, and related services to local businesses in Harrisburg, PA and the surrounding area. The scope, timeline, and price for each project are agreed upon individually, typically after a consultation call, before work begins.
A 50% deposit is due before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the final site is delivered or launched. Payments are processed through Stripe; by making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's own terms of service, which OnePlus Web Solutions does not control.
If the remaining balance is not paid within one week of the payment being due, hosting for the site (where OnePlus Web Solutions provides it) will be paused until payment is received.
Each package includes a set number of revisions per month, as described on the Services page: 2 with Starter, 3 with Premium, 5 with Deluxe, or 5 total for a Website Redesign and Improvement project. Additional revisions beyond what's included are available for an additional fee, as listed on the Services page.
If you cancel a project before substantial work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once substantial work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and you may be billed separately for any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the design and content created for you, including any custom assets such as a logo. OnePlus Web Solutions does not claim ownership of your creative work.
However, the live site is hosted, and its domain is registered and managed, through OnePlus Web Solutions, as described below. Ownership of the design does not by itself mean control of the domain or the live hosting environment.
OnePlus Web Solutions registers and manages the domain for your site and hosts it on OnePlus Web Solutions' own infrastructure. This is billed to you as an annual fee, separate from the one-time project price.
You will be added as a member on the relevant hosting account so you can see your site's status. This does not transfer ownership or control of the domain or hosting account itself.
If the annual domain and hosting fee is not paid, your site and domain will be taken offline. OnePlus Web Solutions is not obligated to provide an exported copy of the live site or transfer the domain after non-payment or cancellation, unless separately agreed to in writing. If you'd like an exported copy of your site while your account is active and in good standing, you can request one at any time.
OnePlus Web Solutions may ask to feature a completed project on the Projects page or in other marketing. Permission is requested from the client before doing so, on a project-by-project basis.
If you provide images, logos, text, or other materials for use on your site, you are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use them. OnePlus Web Solutions is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or other legal issue arising from content you provide.
OnePlus Web Solutions is not liable for issues arising from third-party services it does not control, including hosting providers, payment processors, domain registrars, or other integrated tools. Liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
