This page reflects what the site actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If analytics, advertising, or new third-party tools are added later, this page needs to be updated to match, and a cookie consent banner would need to actually block those tools until someone accepts, not just display a notice.
What we don't use
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or website analytics of any kind (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, nothing similar). We don't build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.
What this site does use
- Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google's font service. Google's current font delivery method does not set cookies, though your browser does make a direct request to Google's servers to fetch the font files, which shares your IP address with Google as part of that request.
- Web3Forms: when you submit the contact form, your entry is sent directly to this third-party service, which forwards it to our email. This is a one-time data transfer to process your submission, not an ongoing tracking cookie.
- Stripe: if you're an active client making a payment, Stripe may set its own cookies as part of fraud prevention and payment processing. This only applies during an active payment, not from browsing the site.
A note on the small notice at the bottom of your screen
You may see a small notice about this policy the first time you visit. It's shown as a courtesy and to point you to this page, not because this site sets non-essential cookies that require consent under current law. Dismissing it doesn't change what the site does.
